The IncentiveWorks Hosted Buyer Program Partners bring qualified meeting / event planners to Toronto to participate in both IncentiveWorks each year.
Program Includes
• Return transportation from your home city airport/train station to Toronto
• Shuttle transportation during your stay in Toronto
• Accommodation over event dates
• IncentiveWorks Pass (Education/Trade Show, and lunch Tuesday & Wednesday)
• Ticket to MPI Canada Rocks Party Monday Night
• Tickets to the Hilton and Starwood Private Events Tuesday Night
Program Does Not Include
• Transportation from your home/business to your home city airport/train station
• Parking at your local airport/train station
• Incidentals
Expectation
In return for this invitation, IncentiveWorks and our partners require the following of you:
• Confirm your business activity in the meetings industry
• Attend pre-scheduled meetings with each Hosted Buyer Partner during the 2-day event
• Confirm your participation in site inspections

Application Process
All planners must apply to be considered and complete the entire registration form. Incomplete forms will not be considered. There are two registration forms to choose from – one for Canadian applicants and one for US. Canadian applicants must reside outside of the Greater Toronto Area (L+M postal codes). This program is not open to international attendees. Please fax your completed form to 416-764-1419 by June 4, 2010.
